Description Sons of Henry James and Alice Susan Whitehead, of 36 Canal Side, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and both commemorated on the Wisbech War Memorial 42794 Lance Corporal Frederick James WHITEHEAD 19th Durham Light Infantry, Killed in Action 23rd April 1918, commemorated at the Pozieres Memorial on the Somme, France 119173 Private Sidney Thomas WHITEHEAD Royal Air Force, 13th Kite Balloon Section, Died of Wounds (Gassed) on 31 October 1918, Age 27 years old, buried at St Sever Cemetery in Rouen, France both memorial Plaques look identical in appearance as do the scrolls although the scrolls appear to have been framed at some time and are somewhat tatty in appearance
