USA, boutonniere, no date (1920s-50s), it is a pair of ovals connected in back with a chain link. one side has a design of a cross of diamonds in a chain, the other is engraved script W, oval, 14k gold with small blue enameled band, 13x20mm, 3.19g, 0.103 ozT, this was probably meant to go in a buttonhole on a vest, though it might have been one of a pair of cufflinks, VF
